Reviews:
‘I would like to let you know how much I appreciate you still travelling to Ipswich for yoga class. Your classes are so important to me, I love the variation of moves and the ability to extend if we can. The relaxed atmosphere you create without pressure to complete a move if we can’t. The breathing techniques I use a lot outside yoga in my day. The information you also give about the history of yoga and quotes I find especially interesting.
I feel I have improved over the many years I have attended and the benefits to my body and mind I can’t really find the right words to explain. ‘ Karen, Ipswich, Jan 2023
“I have been going to Caroline’s weekly evening yoga class for over 6 months after initially attending one of her weekend workshops. Caroline’s breath of knowledge, teaching experience, and encouragement (whatever level you may be) makes her a truly inspiring and passionate yoga teacher. I am particularly enjoying learning to use my breathing in such a way as to influence and direct my movements/postures. I find I always have a great night’s sleep after her class! “ (Mary –Ipswich July 2022)
“You are a great teacher who teaches us how to adapt poses, but most importantly, you have taught me how to breathe properly and to quieten the mind. I want to thank you for making me fall in love with yoga. It is now one of my passions that I couldn’t live without! On a personal note, undertaking yoga with you hugely helped me to recover from chronic fatigue, which I am forever grateful for.” (Grateful Yogini , Ipswich, June 2021)
“Really enjoyed the session which was helping with back problems and the relaxation. Thank you. So much appreciated.” (KD, Ipswich, May, 2020)
“Thank you very much for the weekly yoga sessions, they are very much appreciated. The demo videos work really well, but the audio is great – it’s handy to be able to pause and resume and your voice comes across so gentle and relaxing on the audio recordings. The evening practice you sent a few weeks back is lovely, really relaxing to do shortly before bed.” (Wendy, Claydon, April 2020)
“I have noticed that is is now easier to bend down and get in and out of cars. I love the relaxed atmosphere where people of all abilities are welcome and can improve at their own pace.” (KJ, Ipswich, February 2020)
“I do yoga to retain muscle strength and muscle and joint flexibility. The classes achieve this and also improve sleep on the night of session.” (Alison, Ipswich, July 2019)
“I love the variety. It makes it fun and interesting.” (Fiona, Ipswich, July 2019)
“Since having the privilege of Caroline’s yoga instruction in Ipswich 6ish years ago, I have not been able to find a more wholesome session anywhere in the UK. She lights the room gently, offers calming music and her tone is meditative. Caroline is personable-she suports each of us to develop at our own individual pace and is emotionally supportive as well as physically. We always desperately look forward to returning. I cannot recommend her sessions enough.” (Alexia, Ipswich 31/1/18)
” I love your yoga and hate to miss a class, I like the way you always try to do something different and give us lots of information so we can make progress. I have never felt as good as I do now.” (Sarah, April 2017)
“You are a true inspiration, always allowing people to feel included whatever their level of ability (which is not always the case with other yoga teachers!)” (Kate)
“Yoga has changed my life, as it helps me switch off from stresses at work. It makes me feel more positive about myself and life in general.” (Christina)
“Since starting Caroline’s yoga classes in the summer I have noticed huge benefits with my lower back issues. I have noticed my strength and suppleness returning and thoroughly enjoy them. Caroline is very considerate to all abilities and encourages you to reach your personal goals without reference to anyone else.” (Katy C)
